   Wash and dry your hands before changing your pad.

   Remove the maternity pad from its wrapper.

   Peel away the protective backing.

   Position the pad centrally inside your underwear.

   Fold the wings around the underside of your underwear and secure them.

   Adjust the pad so it sits comfortably and provides appropriate front-to-back coverage.

   Change the pad regularly and whenever it becomes saturated or uncomfortable.

   Wrap the used pad before placing it in a waste bin.

   Do not flush down the toilet.

    Wash your hands after disposal.
